School Rules
All pupils should be present in school on the opening day of each term.
For any damage to the school property made by a student, he/she will have to pay the fine or replace the article. The decision of the Principal regarding this will be final.
All students must be habitually clean and always be neatly dressed. Each student should come to school in proper

5. Parents should check and acknowledge any notice or remark sent by teacher. The response should be without delay in the interest of their ward’s education.
6. Students should carry their diary to school every day. All homework, notes and instructions written in their diary should be seen and signed by parents every day.
DISCIPLINE
1. Students should be in school 5 minutes before the first bell and go in a line, for the assembly at the first bell. A fine of Rs. 5 will be charged from all the late comers.
2. Students must take care of school property. Damage to school property or buses, however small, will not
be condoned. Stringent disciplinary measures will be taken against such offenders. Parents will have to
bear the expenses of damaged property.
3. Students should be courteous and disciplined. Teachers and other members of the staff should be
addressed with respect and politeness.
4. All students should take part in physical training and games unless declared unfit on medical grounds
or exempted by the Principal.
5. No student is allowed to leave the school premises without permission from the school office. An out
pass will be issued to them from the school office.
SCHOOL REGULATIONS
No child suffering from any infectious or contagious disease-should be sent to school by the parents.
The school accepts no responsibility for injuries or death caused by accidents to any pupil or the member of the school staff travelling in the school bus.
The school is not responsible for goods lost. Therefore, it is advisable not to bring or wear valuable articles like expensive watches, fountain pens, gold ornaments etc. to school.
The management reserves the right to dismiss students who continuously fail to make satisfactory progress in their studies or whose conduct is in any way detrimental to the orderly life of the school.
Students are not permitted to leave the school premises without permission from the Principal or the Class Teacher. For leave of absence, Parents or Guardian should always send a written note. An out pass is mandatory for every child leaving the school before time.
Children should not bring private books, toys, articles or any valuable items to the school. Children are forbidden to buy eatables from vendors. Suitable tiffin should be carried from home.
Parents or Guardians are not permitted to meet their children or Class Teacher during school hours without prior permission of the Principal. Parents who wish to discuss any problems with the school management will observe the following rules:
VISITING HOURS: (on prior appointment only)
(i) Principal/Office : 9:30 to 11:00 am (Monday to Friday)
: 9:30 to 12:00 noon (Working Saturday)
(ii) Teachers : 10:30 to 11:00 am (Monday to Friday)
: 9:30 to 12:00 noon (Working Saturday)
· No parents will be allowed inside the school campus on non-visiting hours.
· Parents are not allowed to go to the class room without prior permission from the office.
· In case of emergency, parents should approach the office and not directly to the classes.
Please carry your ID proof when dropping or picking the students.
LATE COMING RULES/ PICK AND DROP RULES
Please ensure that your child reaches school well in time.
No late comers will be allowed.
Defaulters will be sent back home.
No student is allowed to attend the school for half day.
No parent is allowed to meet the teachers while they are teaching.
If a parent drops the child (who is coming by school bus daily) then the child has to be picked up by the parent only in the afternoon (dispersal time).
SECURITY CONCERNS
Only self-driven vehicles belonging to teachers and support staff are allowed inside the school campus.
No other vehicles to be allowed inside the school.
Anyone coming to pick up or drop either a student or a teacher, kindly park their vehicle outside.
No unauthorized entry during school hours, individual entering or leaving the premises will be subject to search of their vehicles.
All visitors must sign in the Guard’s register and report to the school office.
LEAVE RULES
Students should attend school regularly and not be absent for any reason without prior permission.
If child is absent for more than 15 days continuously without prior permission, the name of the child will be struck off the rolls. In such cases if the parents seek re-admission of the child, all formalities of fresh admission will have to be completed.
Medical certificate should be produced in case of long leave because of any sickness.
75% attendance is mandatory to appear in the final examination.
